We went for a walk from Dragons Hill to Wayland’s Smithy this morning.
We meet up with friends of ours at Dragons Hill for a lovely walk along the Ridgeway to Wayland’s Smithy. It was a nice 3.5 mile walk and the weather was nice, as it didn’t rain.
Their dog Willow and Fudge had a great time playing chase with each other, I don’t think they stopped for more than a couple of minutes during the whole of the walk. Fudge was absolutely filthy and needed two baths to get him anywhere near clean, now he is sleeping deeply – nothing is disturbing him.
After the walk we went to the Plough Inn @ Wanborough for a lovely lunch.
