Several weeks ago I managed to get into a Spirit Class @ DL for the first time in a long time.
It was good to get back into the Spirit classes again, which is 45 minute holistic combination of yoga and pilaties. The classes help me improve my mobility, flexibility and strengthen muscles.
It was a bit of a struggle to get back into the rhythm of things. I was able to get to get grips with most of the moves fairly quickly.
However I do struggle to remember some of them, their names or what the make up of the pose. Which means I sometimes struggle keeping up with the others.
I have even noticed that I am better able to manage some of the poses better than before, for example the tree pose. I have even started to notice some improvements in my mobility, particularly with my left hip.
